The "facts don't care about your feelings" crowd is really weird to me because like, if feelings aren't important, what is? Literally everything you as a human being could strive for or against is, fundamentally, a feeling. The reason we collect facts is to find out what things are good for people's feelings and therefore should be reproduced. Do "boo hoo did i hwurt youwr fweewings??" guys just not percieve reality or something? Are they aliens from The Mystical Other Realm where emotions work completely differently?
