I'm listening to a cover of the song "Big in Japan", where I can understand the lyrics better, and... OK, so I knew "winter suicide" and "passing chinchilla-ettes" were obvious mondegreens, what I'm more surprised by is "Shall I stay here at the zoo" being an actual lyric.

Looking up the meaning aaanddd... this song's about GERMANY??? NOT JAPAN????

I've started to realize that I genuinely don't like World of Light at all.

I'm okay with more of a focus on gameplay over story, since it'd be a tall ask to write a cohesive plot around 70+ characters, but like...the mode should've just been a spiritual successor to Smash Run with elements from Melee and Brawl's respective adventure modes.

I cannot find proof of this ever existing, but a while back I found an 80s/early 90s-era Simpsons merchandise style guide, and there was one sentence from it that is burned into my memory because of how stern its wording was.
